A canvas print is your image printed with inkjet printers onto our high-quality archival canvas material. The canvas is then stretched, also known as gallery-wrapped, around an internal wooden frame allowing it to be visible from all sides.

Archival canvas is a specific type of canvas that is made to last a lifetime when printed with a giclee method. Most inexpensive canvas is full of harmful optical brighteners to produce a brighter canvas but this can drastically reduce its lifespan before it begins to crack or fade. Our canvas uses minimal brighteners to ensure you still get that same amazing brightness while maintaining a 100+ year archival guarantee.

If you accidentally spill something on your canvas, we recommend dabbing it with a moist cloth. Only rub if dabbing isn't proving successful.

We recommend measuring the space you're aiming to fill. If possible mark the corners with a pencil to best decide the size you're happy with. Start with a few standard sizes to see which one fits your wall best. For a small spot in a hallway or kitchen, we'd normally start with 18"×24". If you're filling a space above a small couch or in a dining room we'd start with 24"×36". Above something like a queen bed or full couch we'd usually check 36"×54" first and go from there!

That depends on the depth of photo wrap selected: 0.75" is about 1 inch per side and 1.25" is about 1.5 inches per side. If you'd like to add a bleed we recommend at least that much, but you can always choose the black or white border option as well.

Yes! Simply choose the "Touch Up" option from the Services tab and include the text, font, color, and placement in the textbox. Our designers will add it for you and send you a proof when it's done so you can approve the design.

A giclee canvas print is a canvas print that has been made with an inkjet printer using archival methods and tools. This means that our canvas material, inks, and methods all guarantee you a print that will last a lifetime.

When placing an order the dimensions you put in will always be for the image itself. The frame and/or mat will be in addition to the size you've selected.

Our framed prints are crafted with a 1.25” wood frame and we offer a 2” mat border depth. The image you uploaded will be printed at the dimensions you selected in our builder. If you choose a mat there will be an additional 4.5" added to the total height and width of your print. Without a mat, there will be an additional 2.5" to the height and width of your selected size.

Our frames are made of solid pine and come in espresso brown, black, white, gold, silver and natural wood.

A framed print is your image printed using inkjet printers onto an archival lustre paper. We then insert it into a frame with low-glare plexiglass put on top of the image. You also have the option of a 2.5" mat to include around the image.

A damp cloth should be all you need to clean the outside of a framed print! If you have any issues behind the glass please contact our customer service team at support@canvaspop.com. We advise against opening the frame due to how they’re sealed.

You can always pick different sizes as we have layouts made specifically for each ratio. One may work better for what you had in mind.

The cost will vary depending on the size and product (framed or canvas collage) you choose but photo collage canvas prints start at $54.00 USD for a 10"×8" canvas print, gallery-wrapped on a 0.75" depth frame.

We can print each panel at 38"×72" for a total of 72"×114" if you have the image to support it.

A triptych print is an image that continues across three individual canvas panels. These three pieces are to be hung with a gap between them to create a unique look. Normally these three panels would all be the same size making up one large print. However, if you’re looking to create a triptych print with custom sizes or a multi-panel layout beyond three pieces please reach out to our customer support team.

Our first hope would be that we could fix the issue or concern you have. Our ‘Love it for Life Guarantee’ means that we want everyone to receive something from us that they’re proud to hang on their walls. If we’re not able to or you’d simply prefer a refund we could proceed with a full refund instead.

We generally don't recommend hanging prints anywhere that's particularly humid - like bathrooms! It can cause the wood from the frame to warp. While our canvases are water resistant we wouldn't recommend outside due to the moisture as well.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files up to 100MB. If you have an alternate file you can choose the "I'll upload my image later" option, complete the order without an image and then send us the file through our Hightail here: https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/canvaspop

Yes! If your image is low resolution our designers can use a filter to help smooth out pixelation and help your image look its best! We'll always run it by you first, though, in case you don't like how the effect looks or want to submit a higher resolution image.

We would only use your image to print it out for you. We never sell any photos to third parties or use them anywhere else without your explicit permission.

Yes! As soon as it ships you will get tracking information in your email.

We offer both Standard and Expedited delivery options. With either option you will see an expected delivery date when purchasing to ensure your print arrives on time. Standard delivery is quoted to arrive approximately 12-14 days after the date you purchased. If you need it in a hurry, select Expedited Delivery and your order will arrive within 9-11 days, post purchase. Expedited Delivery removes the digital proofing stage to ensure your order is sent to print immediately after it has been internally reviewed by our designers.

Your order will ship within the same timeline even if there are several pieces. When they go out, you'll get tracking information in your email.

We ship with several couriers depending on the destination city or country. We ship using the best carrier available to us for a given destination and delivery timeline. Most packages are shipped using UPS & USPS.

Yes. Our tabletop canvas prints come with a foldable built-in easel as well as mounting hardware for flexible display options throughout your home.

Unfortunately not. Bundle print sizing comes preselected when purchased as a set. Prints within each bundle cannot be swapped for others, though you can switch between landscape and portrait.

Print bundles are sold at an already discounted price and are excluded from all other sales, discounts and offers. Applicable discounts will still apply to any other non-bundle products in your cart.

Metal wall art prints are decorative artworks printed directly on metal sheets that are designed to be hung on walls. Using state of the art print technology your photos are infused onto coated aluminum for a compelling, vibrant, and durable presentation.

When hanging metal wall art prints, it's important to consider the weight of the print and the type of wall it will be hung on. There is a hidden fixture on the reverse side of each print that floats the metal print off the wall. Larger prints come equipped with a special 3/4" inset frame and mounting hardware to ensure they are securely attached to the wall. Where smaller traditional sized prints come with 1/2" inset bracket making it easy to hang on a hook or nail. Styles and selection vary based on the size of the print you order.

No, your points do not expire but your VIP tier status can change depending on if you've earned enough points to qualify for that tier during each calendar year. Once a tier is entered, you will retain the tier for one rolling year. Earning actions from the past 12 months will be counted toward tier eligibility.

We've updated our points system. Your points balance has been adjusted, but don't worry, you haven't lost any points. Now, you earn points twice as fast with a 10% return instead of 5% and earn rewards more easily with your equivalent new balance.

If you previously redeemed points and received a reward gift card but haven't used it yet, search for "Reward Redeemed" in your email inbox. If you can't find it, reach out to our support team, and we'll check to see if you have any unused rewards.
